In the COVID-19 Protection Framework (traffic lights), Petomise are trading as normal. 

Delivery Timeline:

Our delivery partners are experiencing shipping delays of up to 5 business days due to an increase in online orders nationwide. Please expect delivery delays of up to 5 working days for items being sent in and out of Auckland, and an extra working day for the rest of NZ.

 

Production Timeline:

Our vendors are experiencing production delays of up to 5 business days due to an increase in online orders. Please expect delivery delays of up to 5 working days.

 

Omicron Response:

Please be assured all our team members are fully vaccinated and operating safely is our top priority. Online orders are being dispatched from our Auckland warehouse with below process:

• Social distancing will be practiced and rigorous hygiene protocols will be encouraged including using hand santitiser frequently
• Live track and trace for all parcels with our delivery partners

• Contactless delivery
