Return Policy

Style, Size, and Photo Changes - within 24hours after you place order

If you change your mind and want to change the item style, size, and photo, please send an email to nzpetomise@gmail.com along with your order number. Orders can only be changed within 24 hours for the reason of all the products will start drawing or printing by our artist after you place order within 24hours. 

Address Changes – Before orders leaves our warehouse

If you need to change the shipping address, please send an email to us nzpetomise@gmail.com with your order number, the current shipping address, and the address that you would like to change. We can only change the address until your item leaves our warehouse.

Damaged/Misprinted Items – within 7days after received package

We check and ensure every product is of good quality before dispatch, so it’s unlikley the product arrives defective. If you still receive a faulty item, please contact us within 7days after you receive your package and send us photos of the item. We will reprint and resend it free of charge within 45 days.

Please note that whatever size, colour, and image you upload will be printed on your item. If the incorrect size, colour, or image is selected by you and is sent out to you, Petomise is not responsible for replacing these items.

Product Accuracy Disclaimer

Please note that although we make every effort to photograph our products accurately and describe them in detail, we cannot guarantee every photograph in production will accurately depict the actual colour of the merchandise due to changes in screen resolution. 

1) There may be some colour difference between the photo and the actual object due to the difference in lighting, computer monitor chromatic aberration, or personal understanding of colours. This is not a matter of product quality.

2) The product detail page provides a standard measurement size for your reference; Due to manual measurement, different batches or personal measurement method standards, there may be slight differences from your measurement results.

Exchange & Return/Cancellations

Orders for personalised item cannot be cancelled for the reason of all the products will start drawing or printing by our artist after you place order. Our items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements are non-refundable and non-exchangable, unless faulty.
