Which countries does Petomise provide shipping service?

Petomise, based in New Zealand, currently provides shipping to New Zealand and Australia. If you are in other countries and want to purchase from Petomise, please contact us first and we will give you a free quote on the shipping cost.

How much for the shipping fees?

1. Standard Shipping - NZ

We provide Free Shipping nationwide for all items on Site.

2. Express Shipping - NZ

For orders weight under or equal 2kg: Shipping fee as NZD 9.99;

For orders weight between 2.01kg and 3kg: Shipping fee as NZD 14.99;

For orders weight between 3.01kg and 5kg: Shipping fee as NZD 19.99;

For orders weight over 5kg: Not available

3. Standard Shipping - AU

For orders weight under 2kg: Shipping fee as NZD 15.99;

For orders weight equal or over 2kg: Shipping fee as NZD 29.99;

How long will the shipment take?

Generally Standard Shipping takes 12 - 20 Business Days for your order to arrive with standard shipping.

Generally, Express Shipping takes 5 - 10 Business Days.

Shipping times may be affected during public holidays.

How long is the design and production time?

Generally it takes 10 - 20 Business days to design and create your item. For more details, please refer to the How to Order Section on each product description page. Timeline may be longer during busy seasons.
