Delivery Delay - Cyclone Gabrielle

Cyclone Gabrielle continues to have an impact on the North Island, we have been advised by our courier partner that delays are expected.

Please note that the following delays are a result of our linehaul units being unable to operate safely until tonight, we are grateful for your patience as we work to overcome this disruption.

Northland
We are pleased to inform you that our operations have resumed, however, please be advised that there is currently a 3-day delay in the region. 

Auckland
Please be advised that there is currently a 2-day delay across the Auckland region. Additionally, please note that the following areas are experiencing road closures, which are impacting deliveries and pickups:
Silverdale 0932
Red Beach 0932
Stanmore Bay 0932
Orewa 0931

Rest of the North Island
Please note that operations have resumed throughout the rest of the North Island but please be aware that there is a current delay of 1 day. 

South Islands
Reduced services will be recommencing on a restricted timetable, which may result in further delays.
