How to order?

STEP 1: Select your [Drawing Style], [Number of Pets | Type] and [Size];

STEP 2: Click the "Upload Image" button; Put in your baby's name in "Custom Message"

STEP 3: Select the photos you would like to use (JPG or PNG), and click Upload; Our artist needs 3-6 photos from different angle to really capture the detail.

It's not recommended to upload photos of very low resolution, dim lighting, overexposure or similar background colour; Please upload Hi-Res photos to get better products!

STEP 4: Place your orders;

STEP 5: Your portrait will be drawn within 14-24 business days, and we'll email you an image preview of your item before printing. Framing and printing will be finished within 3 business days.

Having trouble uploading your photo/custom text? No problem! you are welcome to contact us by email at nzpetomise@gmail.com. Please send us your order number, name, and photos together.
